There is still one backend issue that can briefly create duplicate billing attempts when an account reconnects quickly. Tell the client they may briefly see duplicate draft notices, but the final bill remains accurate. We are keeping the release limited through Tuesday and widening it on Wednesday only if the fix and support guidance are ready. Support content still includes old instructions. Updating it will reduce avoidable customer confusion. Keep the original wording beside the client-safe version so account teams can see the difference clearly.
